FBI special agent. He and four other Special Agents immediately went to Parkland Hospital on 11/24/63 and established liaison in the operating corridor where LHO had been taken. Preparations were made to take a dying declaration from LHO in the event he wished to talk. Brown and Heitman donned operating clothing and took positions outside the operating room. Heitman prepared three reports on Osvaldo Aurelio Pino Pino, member of Second National Front of Escambray (SNFE), two reports on Antonio Arturo Hilario Navarro Aulet, member of Second National Front of Escambray (SNFE), a report on Raul Castro Baile, Juan Francisco Quintana Maya, and Manuel Rodriguez Orcarberro. Heitman retired and practiced law specializing in INS cases.
