On 12/26/63, he was in Mobile County Jail, Mobile, Alabama, on federal charges. 38 years old. Born near Memphis, Tennessee. Same as numbers racketeer who implicates Jack Ruby. 1966 Memphis, Tenn, phone directory listed Jack Hardee, Sr., 228 Market Mall, 526-4340. This is downtown Memphis slum area in 1966.
