(AARC has a 1-pg FBI document on him.) In 1967, he told FBI that he had been in Miami in 1963 and was close to individuals in the Cuban resistance movement. Had visited Dallas in last part of the year. One of these individuals was known as "Roy" (lnu) who was an ex-Marine.
