Dallas Police Department officer. Car 125. Special assignment to traffic division on 11/22/63. Goodson and R. B. Counts guarded door to Homicide Bureau from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm 11/22/63. Goodson knew Jack Ruby but was "uncertain about identifying Jack's pictures." While guarding door, Goodson did not see Ruby but said a man "fitting the description of Jack Ruby" came to door and wanted to enter.
