In 1963, Gillin was an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans. Claimed LHO came to his office in summer of 1963 inquiring about legality of a mind-altering drug and quoted a book by Aldous Huxley. Today (1983) Gillen is a respected judge in New Orleans. DOB: 1925. Law degree from Loyola, NO.
