Comments:

DOB: Approximately 1939. Black FBI agent who had worked with James P. Hosty in Kansas City and gave affidavit that Oswald had been an informant for Hosty. Claimed Hosty told him Oswald had been a PSI (Potential Security Informant). Gayton gave sworn deposition to congress in 1975 in which he detailed Oswald informant status with the Bureau.
