Dallas County employee standing on Southwest corner Elm and Houston. Witnessed assassination. Saw a man on sixth floor of TSBD minutes before motorcade turned onto Houston. Pointed man out to his fellow employee Ronald Fisher. Described man as white, wearing light colored sports shirt, sandy hair. Did not see a gun at any time.
