DOB: 1924. Chief Medical Officer on the initial voyage of the world's first nuclear sub, the Nautilus. In 1963 was acting Chief of Radiology of the U.S. Naval Medical School, Bethesda, MD. Present at JFK's autopsy. (Erroneously called JAMES H. Ebersole.) Died 9/25/93 in Lancaster, PA. Testified under oath March 11, 1978, to HSCA that Kennedy's body arrived at Bethesda with a "sutured" wound to the neck and the back of the head missing.
