Metropolitan Crime Commission of New Orleans Report dated Aug. 24, 1955, about Major Joseph De Paoli of the New Orleans Police Department and Sam Saia of Felix's Oyster Bar, 733 Iberville, New Orleans 504 523-0339. Saia was a gambler who described himself as "self-employed bookie." Lee Harvey Oswald's uncle, Dutz Murret, was also working for Sam Saia.
