J., Jr. of Cincinnati; Christopher Michael, of Fairfax, VA; daughters: Kathleen Jo Cotter Walker, of Fairfax, VA, Alicia Ann Cotter Wilson, of Great Falls, VA; sister: Virginia Kober, of Staten Island.
