Described a Roy Truly of Dallas, Texas, who had worked from 1953 to 1955 as a chauffeur and general handyman for Dr. Andrew Tomb, Victoria, Texas, and was known as an experienced sniper in Europe during World War II. Described Truly as white male, 40 to 45 years of age, 6' 2", 200 pounds, wavy brown hair, dark eyes, married to a woman named Jackie.
