Former head of President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. Special Counsel to Pres. Truman. Later Secy. of Defense under Pres. Johnson. DOB: 12/25/06. POB: Ft. Scott, Kansas. Investigated re ties between Washington bank and Bank of Credit and Commerce International, Luxembourg, accused of laundering millions for Noriega. Charges were dropped.
