Wife: Doris J.; in Juvenile Bureau of DPD on Nov. 22, 1963. Worked under Capt. Frank M. Martin; Lt. George E. Butler; Lt. Elton J. Coulon; Lt. Cecil C. Wallace. His daughter, Joyce "Swann", dated Jack Ruby before the assassination. Christal sent Joyce "out-of-town" the night Ruby shot Oswald. She is now a social worker in the Texas Department of Child Welfare. Christal died in Dallas April 3, 1982.
