Comments:

Former KGB officer who slipped some papers to an American tourist in Moscow on November 4, 1963, (Laurence H. Miller) and asked him to give the papers to the U.S. Embassy. Thinking it was a Soviet provocation, the Embassy turned the documents over to the KGB. He was apprehended by the KGB and executed.
