Alleged to have been narcotics runner for Jack Ruby. Dumped from car near Eunice, Louisiana, 11/20/63. Attending physician was Dr. Victor Weiss. Cheramie Told Lt. Francis Louis Fruge, of Louisiana State Police, and hospital attendants a bizarre story of a planned assassination of President Kennedy. Age 43 when killed 9/4/65 at Big Sandy, TX. DOB: 10/14/23. POB: Dallas, TX. Cheramie was alias of Marcades.
