He and his wife, Sophie, spent two weeks in New York in early 1963. Entertained at dinner in June 1964 by George and Jeanne deMohrenschildt in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. During the dinner, Charles disappeared and deMohrenschildt explained that Charles became ill and was forced to leave. By 1990, is living in Jamaica, Queens, NY, with son Victor Charles. Moved Bank Commercial to Manhattan. Arrested 7/6/89 in New York City (re Peggy Adler). In 1988, Charles incorporated a Florida corporation called St. Charles Pacific Peace Organization, Inc. with Frank Sturgis as treasurer (re Peggy Adler 7/7/90). Brother-in-law to Choupette Chery. Charles died in either 1994 or 1995. Sophie died in 1997.
