AntiCommunist sister of Fidel Castro. Served on INCA'S Advisory Board. Made speeches for groups sponsored by Edward Scannell Butler in New Orleans, and was featured on radio tapes used by CIA against Salvador Allende in the Chilean election of 1964. In 1994 she is Exec Secy Marta Abreu Foundation and also on Advisory Committee of INCA. (See Edward S. Butler letter of Nov 1994.)
