Owner of 500 Club, Bourbon St., New Orleans, LA. Frederick O'Sullivan, Detective Intelligence Unit, Vice Squad, New Orleans Police, thinks he saw Jack Ruby in New Orleans with Caracci 6 to 8 weeks prior to assassination. Caracci said Ruby was there in June 1963.
