A Chicago policeman (1956-1960) on the syndicate payroll. Director of a private detective agency 1960-1962. Chief investigator for Cook County Sheriff's Office from 1962-1964. Helped recruit Spanish-speaking mercenaries for the CIA [Bay of Pigs]. Giancana henchman. Executed in Chicago restaurant few months before Giancana killed.
