Deputy Director CIA. On 8/6/75 Bissell was interviewed re cable from Langley 7/21/60 re "possible removal of the top three Cuban leaders." (MMF 1806) "Resigned" 11/29/61, at JFK's insistance. Replaced by Army Major General Marshall S. Carter. DOB: 10/11/02; POB: Dallas, TX. BS from West Point 1925.
