Beckley. Retired from DPD in early 1980s. Then joined Dallas County Sheriff's Office for 15 years. His second wife, Emma Louise Burnley died in 2000. Survived by first wife, Jo Farley of Dallas; dons: Charles T. Burnley, Jr., of Irving, and Terry Lee Burnley of Fort Worth; and two grandchildren.
