Comments:

A lawyer with State Land Office in New Mexico. In April or May of 1963, he was with Bettye J. Mann in Luby's Cafeteria across from S.M.U. in Dallas. They had a conversation with a Pro-Communist he later believed was Michael Paine. The man told him he worked at a book depository in addition to being a designer at Bell Helicopter.
