Defector from Cuban intelligence (was a captain in Cuban military intelligence) stationed in East Germany. His mother lived in New Orleans and she contacted a JMWAVE case officer before flying to Berlin to meet her son in mid-December 193. (I believe this name should be "Bringier.")
