On 11/22/63, a long distance telephone operator (? Miss Billie Jean Warren ?) reported that she handled a call, between 12:00 noon and the time that she heard that JFK was shot, from a Pablo Brenner in Dallas to a party in Mexico. The Dallas party said, "He's dead."
