Press officer for U.S. Embassy in Havana until 1961. Since then with U.S.I.A. In 1963, he became executive director of U.S. Citizens Committee for a Free Cuba. Author of "The Losers," Arlington House, New Rochelle, NY, 1969. In 1994 he is Exec Dir Citizens Committee For a Free Cuba and on the Advisory Committee of INCA. (See Edward S. Butler letter of Nov 1994.)
