Secret Service Agent in right rear seat of President's follow-up car. Made notes at 5:30 P.M., 11/22/63. Wrote that he saw 2 shots hit Kennedy, one 4 inches down from right shoulder, and one high in back of head. He went to Ft. Worth Press Club at 12:30 A.M., 11/22/63, and to The Cellar at 1:40 A.M., departing The Cellar at 3:00 A.M.
