Dallas Police Department officer in training on 11/22/63. He took one of the Oswald Neely Street backyard photographs from the police department and when he died his widow, Genieve (in 1977 she was Mrs. Ben K. Dees of 3405 Bonham St., Paris, Texas) had the photograph. HSCA learned of photograph's existence. (Genieve Dees died in 1992.)
