There is a single short document, barely over a page, which is the only ZRALERT record on this website. But it tantalizingly refers to the "review of recently discovered documents on Project ZRALERT, concerning exploration by the CI [CounterIntelligence] Staff of the use of hypnotism in certain operation situations."
Furthermore, the document states "the events in these documents took place in the summer of 1963, a period.....of intense interest to the HSCA."
Whether the documents referred to were destroyed along with MKULTRA documents, or survive in some archive, is unknown.
