One project was with an individual doing special work involving a Latin American business advisory group; another was to cover the production costs of propaganda material targeted at foreign visitors to the World's Fair.

4/4/78 Rodger Gabrielson of the Office of Legal Counsel writes memo on the need to "sanitize" Hardway's notes on WUTARDY and other crypts such as QKOPERA, WURABBIT, and ZRBLESS.
