This document refers to the "WOLADY citizen contract agent" Al Wichtrich, who was a Mexican citizen. He was also a naturalized American citizen: 104-10109-10227.

104-10162-10000: SPR SUPPLEMENT ON IVAN GAVRILOVICH ALFERYEV

The document refers to Edmundo Jardon Arzate a Mexican national and founder of a referenced political organization. Among the details revealed is that Jardon was in contact with a WOLADY Intelligence Service.

104-10217-10223: RICHARD GIBSON

The document lists a compensation agreement for journalist Richard Gibson with the Central Intelligence Agency and references Gibson's "...WOLADY tax obligation."
