104-10220-10132: PEDRO RUIZ. (continued)

8/6/75 debriefing of UNRUMBLE-2/Pedro Ruiz re SLABBA-1. (At p. 17): "S-1 has no revolutionary background and...he never expressed himself as a leftist in sentiments. 'I do not believe that he is a Marxist.' (Ruiz) believes that S-1's father who was PSP probably got SLABBA-1 into Minrex through his old Communist Party friends and that SLABBA-1 has accommodated himself into a comfortable position. (UNRUMBLE-2) recalls that he last saw SLABBA-1 in circa 1960-61. They met at parties and S-1 was still a wine, women and song man. In circa 1961, (UNRUMBLE-2) left to study in Paris. In circa 1962-63, (UNRUMBLE-2) was instructed to write S-1 a warm/friendly letter from Paris..." Memo about the debriefing was written by Henry Pachankis.
