Re 1954: "There is no question of (Phillips?) responding to RVROCK control during this period. It was full time work, and most of it was performed away from family - some of it in the jungle. About sixty days, REDACTED recalls, was spent (abroad), in Project PBHISTORY. (Phillips?) was awarded an RVROCK decoration for his work during this period." (1970 memo)
