1/23/62, FI/D Anita Potocki writes cable to Mexico City about how William Hamilton Martin was "ex-employee of ODINCH". Well-known that Martin was employed by NSA at the time of his defection.

The document states "ODINCH" is the cryptonym for the National Security Agency.

An internal Agency document states "Have discussed Ref Case in detail with ODINCH" referring to the handwritten note of William H. Martin. Martin was a former National Security Agency employee who defected to Russia and rebuked the US government publicly.
