This 1993 CIA document lists various crypts and their definitions. ODFOAM is identified as "Secret Service"

104-10428-10284: CABLE: ODFOAM ADVISED WAVE THAT PHONE CALL FROM ONE JOSE SAN ANTONIO CABACA IN MEXICO CITY

This cable reported a phone call monitored by ODFOAM in the wake of JFK's assassination saying "Plan of Castro carried forward, Bobby is next".

104-10132-10185: ASSESSMENT OF INFORMATION STEMMING FROM CUBAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY IN AFTERMATH OF JFK ASSASSINATION

This 11/24/63 cable reported on Miami Cuban exile community's reaction to JFK's assassination. It noted the rumors about Cuba's involvement, and JMWAVE station's attempt to investigate "more plausible ones before passing them ODENVY/ODFOAM (FBI/Secret Service)."

104-10132-10236: CABLE REGARDING ARREST OF LEE HARVEY OSWALD

This cable from the afternoon of Kennedy's assassination reported on the Cuban exile group AMSPELL (DRE) and the information they were propagating about Lee Harvey Oswald. It closed: "Above info has not been passed ODFOAM, ODACID or ODENVY as AMSPELL plans news release circa 1300 hours 22 Nov." [note: this time must be in error; in local or GMT time zone it would be prior to the Dallas shooting]

124-90106-10055: No Title

11/16/63 cable from CIA to the White House (Attn: McGeorge Bundy), Secret Service, FBI, State Dept. (Security): According to Jose Lanusa, leader of the DRE and Vicente Rodriguez, Cuban exile radio reporter, Comandos L plans to bring 100 signs to the JFK rally in Miami stressing the theme that JFK has broken the promises he made at the Orange Bowl presentation. They will be at the airport, the parade route and the rally. Jose Amador Rodriguez has a radio show and will aid the DRE in publicizing these events.

104-10007-10034: ITALIAN PRESS COVERAGE - WARREN COMMISSION REPORT ON PRESIDENT'S ASSASSINATION

10/1/64 dispatch from Daniel Presland (William Harvey) to Hugh Ashmead (James Angleton): "On Sept. 28, 1964, Clarkson was asked by IDENTITY to obtain clippings of the various Italian newspapers reporting on the findings of the Warren Commission." Clippings from Il Messaggero (independent); L'Unita (Communist Party); Il Popolo (Christian Democrats); Paese Sera ("crypto-Communist"); Il Tempo (right-of-center). The left press attacked it. The right press praised it. Harvey praised the opinions of the right-wing press. "Clarkson will send a similar report to ODFOAM."
