4/18/68 memo from CIOP/DO Richard Ober: Reporting that "Following information furnished by LNERGO concerning suspected assassin of Martin Luther King...noticeably protruding left ear; reportedly is a lone wolf; allegedly attended dance instruction school; has reportedly completed class in bartending..." Report on James Earl Ray. The wording of the report indicates that it was created by the FBI.
