Said he heard on radio Rodriguez picked up in connection with assassination and he Mexican." Previous page has Scott's handwriting: "To do memo of conversations of this date with Echeverria. I advised Lic. Echeverria that the Rodriguez Molina arrested in Dallas had nothing to do w/Kennedy assassination." Rodriguez Molina was an employee at the Book Depository who had a history with the American GI Forum that had communist members - the Dallas police questioned him in the first 24 hours after the death of JFK. http://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10026&search=%22rodriguez_molina%22+AND+DALLAS#relPageId=41&tab=page http://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10026&search=%22rodriguez_molina%22+AND+DALLAS#relPageId=43&tab=page

12/11/63, from Legat, Mexico to Director, FBI: This introduction to the letterhead memo states that the "confidential source abroad mentioned on page 1 and on subsequent pages is...Luis Echeverria, Acting Minister of Gobernacion. Nine pages forward, it states that "On November 28, 1963, the confidential source mentioned above made available a copy of a bus manifest from a company called Transportes Frontera...The passenger listed...was called OSWALD, no first name given." http://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=61172&search=confidential#relPageId=12&tab=page The Warren Commission later determined that this ticket was a phony. A big tip-off, as shown in this memo, was that the company records showed there were only 9 passengers from Mexico City to Laredo and "Oswald" would have made it 10.
