During stay at Hotel (Oswald) met with (Eusebio Azcue - ex-AMKNOB-1/Pedro Fedeli Medici case officer whose departure Mexi 18 Nov 63 confirmed by HMMA-25543, 22 Nov 63) and (unnamed Soviet diplomat). During AMKNOB-1's debriefing prior (to) his departure for Puerto Rico 20 Dec. 63, he stated that (201-301755 - Jorge Hernandez Armas. As suggested para 1 ref A LISASSY-1 told LIRING-9 15 April meeting Huertas advised by phone organizing international groups to work against AMTHUG. LISASSY-1 will say does not have details and names but will attempt solicit from Huertas during stopover Miami 17 April. LISASSY-1 also briefed para 2 ref A and agreed go Prague for training if asked.
