A collection of four housing units used in the LIMESA project as part of a sensitive FI/D operation. One of these units housed the LICALLA photographic surveillance on the Soviet embassy.

11/18/60 memo from Mexico City COS to C/WH: "The activities of the LICALLA base were suspended in September 1960 as a direct result of the arrest of three KURIOT technicians by the Cuban government. One of the technicians was known to have knowledge of the four LIMUST units (LICALLA is located in one of these units) and the Station considered it appropriate to suspend photographic operations pending resolution of the situation." (Note: The arrest occurred in the context of the ZRCHEST operation.)

10/25/63 memo from FI/D/OB Vincent Thill to Mexico City: "LIMUST...leave aperiodic receiver and recorder in operation. Require soonest any indication that burst transmissions reactivated...will not dispatch techs or gear until some firm evidence from MEXI or ODINCH/NSA that activity renewed. AEGENERATE...consider aperiodic receiver and ZRERASE coverage to date sufficent to conclude AEGENERATE not communicating from his shop." There is a second page, which includes R.A.
