(At p. 5): 10/23/62 After Action Report: "A Special Operations Division is in direct response to this recommendation and an Army General Officer has been obtained to head it."

6/10/64 cable DIR 27179 from REDACTED, WH/Logistics, x7282 to Director: "Since there is no regular convenient connecting military air flights to Mexico, considering rerouting of KUCURL aircraft to REDACTED to load books and deliver (to Mexico) on return trip to (US). Flight now enroute to REDACTED with 13 June ETA." A previous note "describes reception of agency aircraft in the field."
