This document was sent by Assassinations Records and Review Board Executive Director David Harwell to the Director of the CIA Historical Review Group John Pereira. It offers a list of Agency cryptonyms and pseudonyms and requests officials to provide the corresponding true names or a general description of the type intelligence relationship the related person, group, or location had with official projects. The document states that KMULCER is a reference to Italy and related matters. Compare KMULCER on page 7 with "Italy/Italian" on page 10. https://www.archives.gov/files/research/jfk/releases/104-10335-10001.pdf

104-10310-10076: CABLE:HQS HAS RECEIVED REPORT THAT ON DAY OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY'S ASSASSINATION

This message refers to an unidentified "important passenger" who flew out of Mexico City on a Cubana airline the day of President Kennedy's assassination. A KMUCLER diplomat that was a passenger on the same plane offered this information. A second document verifies that officials later believed this was Italian diplomat Mario Mauri. This would reaffirm that KMUCLER was the nation of Italy. https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=16203&#relPageId=2&tab=page
