A memo in December, 1966, mentioned that "LIENTRAP (note: Mobile surveillance photo truck with several support agents used to track Soviet operatives in Mexico City) provided up-dated identification photographs of Communist officers which are of value to both the JMTIGER program and the Station's recruitment/penetration program." Similarly, a dispatch in November of 1967 stated that "the LIENTRAP mobile photographic support unit was regularly exploited and used by Station Mexico City, not only on FJSTEAL (USSR) target, but also for PBRUMEN (Cuba) and Communist Party operations as well as the JMTIGER program." Furthermore, a cable in July, 1968, mentioned that AMCLEVE-15 (Luis Posada Carriles) had just confirmed the station's assumption that Gisela Providencia Pastora (Falcon) de Ojeda's husband was JMTIGER Alonso Domingo (Ojeda) Olaechea, Politburo member and a former acting Secretary General of PCV.
