Cryptonym: HYHULA-1
A Transmittal of TDCS Information Report in August 1962 cited HYHULA-1 as being a source for the accompanying Information Report Telegram. HYHULA-1 appears to be described as "a Panamanian with contacts in high-level official circles."
Therefore, it appears as if HYHULA-1 may be either Dr. Marcos A. Roble or Dr. Mario J. de Obaldia. The other source used in the TDCS, HYIF-1, was described as being a "Panamanian close to President Chiari." Also, the crypt HYJULA-1 was mentioned in the cable of June 8, 1962.
