A cable on December 4, 1963, stated that CASAILOR-35 claimed on May 27, 1963, to be in "contact with 30 Nov Group and 'Direccion Unida de la Resistencia Cubana,' or 'Pacto de Liberacion' thru FNU Orozco, who very adamant about not having any dealings with KUBARK (CIA), and knowledgeable only of being in contact thru C-35 with ODEARL (U.S. Department of Defense) & ODIBEX (U.S. Army).

A cable from JMWAVE on December 7, 1963, containing the slug CASAILOR-35, stated that the "recipient of mail at accommodation address of UFGA-10307, 24 July 63, moved mid-Nov 63 to 118-21 Queens BLVD, apt 519, Forest Hills 75, N.Y. Post office notified to forward Juan P. Jimenez mail to new address."

12/04/63: Cable from Director to JMWAVE: Slugline RYBAT TYPIC MHAPRON CASAILOR AMTRUNK: "1. On 27 May 63 CASAILOR-35 claimed contact with 30 Nov Group and 'Direccion Unida de la Resistencia Cubana,' or 'Pacto de Liberacion' thru FNU Orozco, who very adamant about not having any dealings with KUBARK (CIA), and knowledgeable only of being in contact thru C-35 with ODEARL (U.S. Department of Defense) & ODIBEX (U.S. Army). (HAGU 3905 IN 47743). At that time WAVE replied with info on 30 Nov but could provide no traces on FNU Orozco. 2. In EGGA-2627, 24 June 63, C-35 described FNU Orozco as about 33 years old, Cuban, and owner of the Juanito Cafeteria, the San Fernardo (?) cafeteria, and a bicycle shop on Calle Amistad, Habana. In late Sept 63 however, (EGGA-2713 30 Sept 63), after meeting with FNU Orozco, C-35 described him as 'about 50 years old, grey hair, somewhat balding, delicate features, probably does indoor work, and probably a resident of Habana city.' 3. In view of discrepancies in description of FNU Orozco and his abstention from KUBARK relationships, request WAVE advise of any further identification of FNU Orozco and possibility of relationship with AMTRUNK-9 (Modesto Orlando Orozco Basulto) due to latter's previous relationship with ODIBEX, his exfiltration, transfer to KUBARK and subsequent LCFLUTTER (polygraph - "lie detector" - testing), training, and infiltration."
