A dispatch on January 17, 1963, from Chief, Munich Operations Base, mentioned that CAGENERAL-18 (Martha Tetzner) had "been assigned responsibility for the receipt of mail from CANDARE-28 (BOB)." BOB was Berlin Operations Base. The dispatch added that "this address has not been active during the past project period; therefore, BOB will be requested to advise if we should continue to utilize her services in the expectation that future correspondence will be forthcoming from the CANDARE operation."
