Havana reported that "AMYUM-1 and AMRUNG-1 confirmed Lopo, Dausa and Babun members of AMYUM (MRR)."

4/61: 22 anti-Castro combatants escaped into the sea from the Bay of Pigs, led by Dausa. Ten of them died, twelve survived, after a 15 day voyage they were rescued.

There is no doubt that Hendrix was fed his material by a CIA source in Homestead Airforce Base, just south of Miami. There is no doubt, either. that Keating was receiving CIA intelligence material." Carbonell had meeting 30 Jan (Washington DC) with Senator Keating and four or five other Senators...Keating told Carbonell AMBUD figure for total Sovs (in Cuba) too low, that he has positive info there at least 40,000 and possibly 45,000 Sovs (in Cuba). Also that he has positive info nuclear warheads brought into (Cuba) about month ago. Believe AMBUD memo referred to is the same as that mentioned 26 Jan sitrep."

2/5/63 memo from "Horace D. Bickelhaupt" about reports from Tony Varona sent to Senator Kenneth Keating. These reports were provided to him by AMWOO-1. These two reports were probably created by Varona's aide Nestor Carbonell, who was a foreign policy expert. The second one goes into depth into acts of sabotage planned in Manhattan in November 1962 as well as Latin American countries, all allegedly committed by "Castro communists".

3/16/66 trial transcript was released, with Felaifel's testimony exposing the identity of AMWOO-1: "In Miami, there are persons who...act as intermediaries for the Americans who draw up the plans...such as recruiting mercenaries for the Congo and the Dominican Republic. One of these gentlemen is Jose Enrique Daus. (Note: AMWOO-1) He used to be a lawyer in Havana. Another is Otto Giner (phonetic), owner of some enterprises here in Havana. Another is Alberto Fernandez (note: AMDENIM-1)...There are innumberable differences among the counterrevolutionaries in Miami. There are two outstanding factions: The Batistianos, who belonged to or sympathized with the Batista government, and the so-called revolutionaries. These groups assail and blame each other for everything that has happened, for having lost everything. They throw in each others' faces the fact that "We lost everything because of the tyrant's (faults). No, we lost everything because of yours."

In a list of agent personnel with true names who may be known to Santana, the first one listed is 201-291237, Jose Enrique Dausa Alvarez.
