Definition:
Manuel A. Rivero Coloma. A memo on November 16, 1961, stated that Rivero's 201 number was 201-291734. A dispatch in April of 1966 mentioned that AMTYKE-7's 201 number was 201-291734, matching Rivero's.
Status:
Documented
Discussion:
A dispatch on November 13, 1961, listed Rivero as a former paramilitary (PM) trainee, who had a POA granted on March 1, 1961.

A memo in September of 1964 included AMTYKE-7's 201 number (Note: As discussed below, there was a slight mistake made in this document with the 201 number) in the group of individuals who had received Operational Approvals for the WIPEGASUS Project in the Congo. Also included were the 201 numbers for AMDESK-1 (Ricardo Anibal Morales Navarrete), AMTABBY-61 (Alfredo Fernandez Martinez), and AMDESK-2 (Angel Manuel Benitez Benitez).

A document in 1968 listed nineteen Cubans that had been involved in the WIPEGASUS Project in the Congo. AMTYKE-7's, AMDESK-1's, and AMDESK-2's names were included on this list. Therefore, it is possible that AMTABBY-61's name was also on the list.
