Discussion:
I assume he was related to Andres Zayas, AMSKIRLS-1, active with UR. Andres was forced to leave Cuba by 1961. Jorge Zayas left shortly after Castro took power.

1960: The Cuban government printed a denunciation of Jorge Zayas after he became the head of the Inter-American Press Association's regional VP of its Freedom of Press Committee. Zayas was accused of taking money from Batista in exchange for favorable coverage.
