Discussion:

A cable on November 24, 1963, stated that Operation AMSAKI-1 had been postponed until December. AMSAKI was mentioned in the Paramilitary (PM) category in this cable. In addition, a cable on December 6, 1963, mentioned that six receivers were required for the night of 11 December for Operations AMHICK and AMSAKI.

A cable on December 14, 1963, stated that Operation AMSAKI had now been scheduled for December 17, 1963, nearly a month after it was apparently originally intended to take place.
