Amrazz-1, 201-308736, reported on exile personalities and activities for six years until his termination in 1967.

"Clarence Smeryage developed (AMRAZZ-1) in the JMWAVE area for PM operational leads after his arrival from Cuba in the summer of 1961." Smeryage was known to him as "Tom". (Note: Probably Tom Clines.) Two pages later, he is described as the "(CIA) penetration of a Cuban exile organization and will be paid a monthly stipend..." His contacts included Clarence Smeryage "Tom", Charles E. Gneiting ("Lief") and Henry P. Rebholtz ("Mr. Bell").

11/23/63 cable WAVE 8058 from JMWAVE to Director, slugline RYBAT TYPIC YOBITE AMWORLD: "On 18 Nov 1963 AMRAZZ-1 said Dr. Luis Duany, exiled dentist who worked for ODYOKE ZRMETAL insisting last two months that leaders MRP-Alpha 66-SNFE alliance meet with Enrique Ruiz Williams. Duany allegedly has no doubt Ruiz Williams is 'true personality' in (Cuban) situation and all (US) plans being coordinated through him. On 13 Nov AMRAZZ-1, Eloy (Gutierrez) Menoyo, Duany, and Esteban (Zorrilla) Jr. met at Ruiz's home...Ruiz said had no doubt (JFK) would resolve problem before elections. AMRAZZ-1 said thought reflection would be successful whether or not problem resolved. Ruiz made no comment. Ruiz said he coordinator between 'offices of this country and (Cuban) groups.' Had dedicated himself smoothing things over after (RFK and Artime) had strong discussions following prisoner release. After Ruiz talked (with RFK) twice, the latter received (Artime) again in (Washington DC)...AMRAZZ-1 concluded his report with comment neither he nor Gutierrez, can believe, under any circumstances, that Ruiz, no matter how friendly with (RFK), could have any authority in liberation plan."

4/21/62 memo for the record by PASSAVOY: On 4/15/62 Miro Cardona met with Jose I. Lasaga, Director of Doctrine and Propaganda for the CRC. At the 4/28 CRC meeting, the group agreed not to interfere with the Families' Committee efforts to free the Bay of Pigs prisoners - this vote occurred after Lasaga and the other MRR representatives had departed from the meeting.
