Definition:

Juan de Jesus Arbelo Zabaleta. A communications trainer. AMPANIC-14 was known to AMYUM-1 and AMRUNG-1 in 1960. Also, a dispatch in January, 1964, stated that A-14 had been exposed to AMAGREE-1 as a training instructor known as "Enrique."

12/30/60, Cable from Havana to BELL (Sirett Acting): "1. Station received phone message from AMYUM-1 (Lino Bernabe Fernandez Martinez) morning 30 Dec to effect Escambray drop called off. 2. Night 29 Dec CO met with AMRUNG-1 (Rogelio Gonzalez y Corso) who had no info re planned drop and unable locate AMYUM-1 to confirm. Assume AMYUM-1 already passed above thru AMPANIC-14. 3. On basis assurances given ref AMYUM-1 planning proceed Escambray ASAP to arrange drop within several days. C/S Comment: *Hqs. wanted confirmation with AMYUM/1 (2) and AMRUNG/1 (3) that drop in Escambray was requested through AMPANIC/14 (4) will be executed at 2300 hours local, 30 December."
